Putting the Sparkle in the Miami Valley

Shine bright like a diamond with top-notch customer service at Harris Jeweler

The Harris Family has been the driving force behind Harris Jeweler for over 75 years. The third-generation jeweler was originally founded by Mr. and Mrs. H.M. Harris in 1946. Today, it’s owned by Bonnie Harris Frey who also serves as the organization’s president.

The Harrises gave the business over to their son, Mark Harris, Bonnie’s father, who then gave it over to her in 2009.

“As the third generation of my family legacy, I strive not only to continue the dedication to customer satisfaction and service started by my grandparents but to bring personal service that exceeds all expectations combined with the latest technology in the jewelry industry,” said Harris Frey.

Customer service is of the utmost importance at Harris Jeweler, which has made it an integral component of its corporate philosophy.

“This single-minded dedication to customer satisfaction and service has elevated Harris Jeweler, Inc. to a level of prominence in the Miami Valley and across the country,” explained Brand Manager Taylor Flaugher. “We have many returning and loyal clients who see Harris Jeweler as an extension of their family and as a trusted jeweler.”

When customers walk through the door at Harris Jeweler, the team wants each individual to see the team as their own personal jeweler ready to find the right piece from their extensive, hand-selected inventory. “If we don’t have exactly what you are looking for, we will create it for you on-site and in our state-of-the-art custom design studio using our exquisite craftsmanship,” added Flaugher.

Harris Jeweler recently made the big leap to purchase a free-standing location in Troy. With plans to move in fall 2024, the new building is larger than the current one and will provide space for even more events and new jewelry.

Harris Jeweler is currently located at 2343 W. Main St. in Troy, Ohio.
