Mary Agnes Gibbs Estremera, or Mrs. Agnes, opened her first restaurant in 2002. Its is there that the chef made and sold her Agnes Caribbean Seasoning & Marinade. In 2011, Mrs. Agnes’ children opened Agnes All-Natural Grill in Dayton to honor her legacy.
