Are you still trying to figure out your plans for this year’s Thanksgiving? Thanks to rising cases of COVID-19 throughout the country, many of us have had to cancel our usual plans, leaving the Thanksgiving meal itself up in the air. If you’re a procrastinator who still doesn’t know what you’re eating this Thursday, local restaurants have you covered. Many are offering meal kits and take-out dinners that you can still pre-order today, while others are keeping their doors open on Thanksgiving Day. We recommend preordering your meal or reserving your table today to ensure you’re ready to dine Thursday.

Carvers Steaks & Chops

Carvers Steaks & Chops is offering dine-in and carryout lunch and dinner for the holiday. Those who preorder by end-of-day tomorrow or dine inside the restaurant from 11 a.m.-8 p.m. will be able to enjoy a menu that features many traditional Thanksgiving items such homemade stuffing and glazed carrots.

Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant

Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant in Centerville is open Thursday and is offering a three-course Thanksgiving menu. Those who to choose to eat there can dine on butternut squash soup, slow-roasted turkey and pumpkin praline cheesecake. You’ll also be able to enjoy the winery’s Wine of the Month and its cranberry sangria.

Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar

Located at 4432 Walnut St. in Dayton, Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar will be open on Thanksgiving Day. Open 11 a.m.-8 p.m., it’s offering a fixed three course meal that includes soup or salad, an entrée (a choice of turkey breast, filet mignon and bone-in rib eye), sides to share and a dessert of either cheesecake or carrot cake.

The Florentine Restaurant

Germantown’s The Florentine Restaurant is hosting a special buffet Thanksgiving Day 11 a.m.-7 p.m., with curbside pickup available as well. The full menu features roasted turkey or ham, eight different sides and a seasonal pie. To make a reservation or to get pickup, you much call or message the restaurant.

The Golf Club at Yankee Trace

The Golf Club at Yankee Trace in Centerville is providing families with Thanksgiving to Go meals if they preorder by noon tomorrow. The meal includes beloved items like turkey and stuffing as well as macaroni cheese and Waldorf salad.

The Wellington Grille

The Wellington Grille at 2450 Dayton Xenia Road in Dayton is still accepting pre-orders of Thanksgiving meals for families of two, four and six. Menu items include slow-roasted herbed turkey, sage dressing, brandied sweet potatoes, garlic mashed potatoes, housemade gravy, green beans and cranberry dressing.
