For those looking to get outside, several festivals will occur throughout the city this weekend
Spring Fest in the Burg
A multi-day festival, Spring Fest in the Burg by Miamisburg Moose Lodge invites Dayton locals to Riverfront Park. A continuation of “Spring Fling,” an annual Miamisburg event that ended in 2018, the festival celebrates local artists, musicians and vendors. Their Makers Mart highlights these creators, allowing small business to sell their creations, crops and everything in between. In addition to the shopping and entertainment, scholarships will be given out to Miamisburg High School seniors.
May 16-18, times vary, more information on the festival’s website.
Dayton Vegan Spring Market
From Sprouting Dreams LLC, the sixth annual Dayton Vegan Spring Market allows those looking to grab some locally made goods to do so while keeping to a dietary restriction or environmental consciousness. Located at Downtown Dayton Courthouse Square, it’s conveniently located for vegans everywhere to come and enjoy some farmer’s market fun.

Fleurs de Fête

In its 32nd year, the festival is the so-called “premier wine and food festival” of the city. Guests can enjoy samples of hundreds of wines throughout the day while trying gourmet bites from local restaurants. The evening will end with a silent auction, for those looking to take some wine home.
