9 local restaurants that are offering carryout and take-and-bake options for Thanksgiving

With Thanksgiving next week, it’s time to get your dinner plans in place. If you want a delicious meal to enjoy at home but don’t want to cook all day, you’re in luck—many local restaurants are offering carryout or take-and-bake Thanksgiving meals for the holiday. We’ve found nine restaurants that are still accepting orders if you want to avoid the hassle of making Thanksgiving dinner. 

Amber Rose 
1400 Valley St., Dayton 
Pick from prix fixe menu for four-to-six people or a al carte options. Menu features turkey, pork loin, ham, mashed potatoes, seven-layer salad and corn souffle. $5-$165. Order by noon tomorrow. Pick-up Wednesday, Nov. 23, before 5 p.m. 

Bernstein’s Fine Catering 
3100 Woodman Drive, Kettering 
Order pre fixe menu that serves four-to-six people or a la carte. Options include kale and radicchio salad, roasted turkey breast, carrot souffle and pecan pie. $8-$175. Order by tomorrow. Pick-up Wednesday, Nov. 23, 11 a.m.-4 p.m. 

Brock Masterson’s Catering 
446 Patterson Road, Dayton 
Meal for four include turkey, mashed potatoes, praline sweet potato casserole, cornbread stuffing and more. Add-ons include quiche Loraine, banana foster crème pie and a charcuterie board. $14-$109. All orders must be placed by noon, Friday, Nov. 18. Pick-up Wednesday, Nov. 23, 1-4 p.m.

Bring a Latin twist to Thanksgiving. Menu items include tequila-marinated turkey, paella Valenciana and garbanzos con Espinacas. $25-$96. All orders must be placed by 8 a.m. Wednesday Nov. 23. Pick-up is Thanksgiving Day, 11 a.m.-3 p.m. 

Lily’s Bistro 
329 E. Fifth St., Dayton 
Menu options include both traditional proteins, like a turkey roulade, as well as vegetarian choices like the butternut squash lasagna. $8-$20. Pick-up is Wednesday, Nov. 23, 10 a.m.-6 p.m. 

Mills Park Hotel 
321 Xenia Ave., Yellow Springs 
Offering heat-and-serve meal that serves four. Menu features turkey or ham, stuffing and gravy, cranberry sauce, cornbread, macaroni and cheese, green beans and pumpkin or pecan pie. $80. Pick-up Wednesday, Nov. 23.
